- 2-3 Brazil nuts stuffed into 2-3 pitted medjool dates
- 1 sour apple sliced and dipped in 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 banana blended with 1 handful of spinach and 1 cup of water (yes I'm for real)
- 2 big chard leaves spread with hummus and rolled up
